General questions
Where do you work?
Across Auckland (North Shore, West, Central, East and South Auckland and Manukau) and the Wellington region (Wellington city, Porirua and its bays, Tawa, Johnsonville, Lower Hutt and Upper Hutt). We come to you.
How much does it cost?
We quote every job for free, because every house and roof is different. Photos of each side help us price it quickly.
When are you open?
Monday to Sunday, 7am to 7pm. Call or text 027 303 8398, email sales@classiccleaners.co.nz or book online.
Do you water blast houses?
No. Houses and roofs get a soft wash: a cleaning solution applied and rinsed at low pressure. High pressure is kept for concrete and other hard surfaces that can take it.
What's the difference between a roof clean and a roof treatment?
A roof clean washes the moss and lichen off on the day. A roof treatment is sprayed on and left: it kills the growth over a few weeks and the weather clears it over the following months. See roof cleaning and roof treatment.
Do I need to be home?
For outside jobs like house washing, roofs and gutters, usually not, as long as we can get access and there's a working outside tap. Shut the windows and bring the washing in.
Can you do several jobs on the same visit?
Yes. A house wash with the gutters, or a roof treatment with a driveway clean, are common combinations. Ask for everything in one quote.
